Real work. Clear guidance. Room to grow.

Real work. Clear guidance. Room to grow.

Underdog Multimedia is building creative brands, media platforms, and artist-development systems for people with something real to prove.

Our internship program offers hands-on experience at the intersection of music, media, marketing, and creative business. Interns select a primary track with Bandsyde or Underdog Artist Group while occasionally contributing to projects across the wider Underdog Multimedia ecosystem.

This is an active learning experience. Interns receive guidance, feedback, and opportunities to contribute to real projects while developing work they can discuss in future interviews or include in a portfolio.

“You are not expected to arrive knowing everything. We care about curiosity, follow-through, communication, and a willingness to improve.”
